Hosted Climate Change Minister James Shaw at Redvale Landfill and Energy Park in Auckland and at our EV workshop in East Tamaki.

Goal 2: Improve Community Understanding Of Waste Issues

  1. Increase tours at our landfills to help the community understand where their waste goes.
  2. Support education programmes around waste minimisation with New Zealand kids.
  3. Use social media to engage with wider New Zealand community beyond our customers.

  1. Waste Management is proud to be the first major sponsor for Auckland Climate Festival in October which will include visits to our landfill and energy parks.
  2. 14,278 social media followers and partnerships under development
